$3,000* signing bonus half paid on first paycheck and other half on June 2024 paycheck

Experience:
District 49 credits each year of verified full-time/full-year K-12 teaching experience up to 20 years.
Work Schedule:
182 contracted work days

Salary:
The minimum starting pay is $42,000*/year and the maximum salary is $70,656*/year. Initial pay placement is dependent on level of formal education and years of relevant experience (the maximum credit granted is 20 years).
*Salary based on 2022-2023 salary schedule and is subject to change.
Interviews are site-based and not conducted by the Human Resources office.

Qualifications and Expectations:BA/BS from accredited college or university
Valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in area of assignment: K-6 Elementary Education along with #3 OR
a. A valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in another area AND #3
Candidate must have a passing PRAXIS Exam #5001 (or #5018) or CO PLACE – Elementary Education (tests administered on or before May 6, 2017 with score of 220 or higher)
